your loan approval. Once accepted, the loan draws down and the
repayments kick in.

When the loan is drawn down, Squirrel immediately pay the deposit to us to get your build under way. Then once the tiny house is complete and it’s time to take ownership, Squirrel will pay the remaining
amount to us .
